This is my Technology and Dyslexia blog. It is about how technology can help dyslexic individuals of all ages overcome their difficulties, promoting lots of software that would be highly beneficial, much of which is free. (NB There are no commercials to be seen, and not links between me and the products.)
Calldysc (www.calldysc.eu)
This EU funded project looks to develop English language learning content designed for the dyslexic learner that can be addressed on mobile phones by those with dyslexia, and provide some level of support. The partnership includes institutions and organisations from Hungary, UK (England and Wales), Bulgaria, Sweden and Romania.
Adystrain (www.adystrain.org)
Adystrain is a project for trainers in the fields of adult training and for high-level personnel in leadership positions as well as high and mid-level management.
Edysgate (www.edysgate.org)
This project looks to provide a highly motivating and stimulating learning environment for a carefully selected range of underlying cognitive skills known to be important for young dyslexic adults. It will address areas of particular importance for vocational skills development. The areas are targeted through direct and indirect stimulation.
